Korea Floating Wind signed MoU with the Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power in December 2020, to commit mutual cooperation on developing the floating offshore wind farm projects in Ulsan.

October 2020 – Korea Floating Wind’s Chairman Delivered a Keynote Speech at the Floating Offshore Wind Forum Held in Ulsan

Spyridon Martinis Spettel, the CEO of Ocean Winds and Chairman of Korea Floating Wind, participated in the Floating Offshore Wind Forum hosted by Ulsan City in 2020 and emphasized the future opportunities of floating offshore wind energy development to Korea and Ulsan.

한국해상풍력은 2020년 6월 울산시, 풍력개발업체, 현지 협력사, 학계와 공동 연구 및 지식교류를 통한 울산지역 해상풍력발전단지 개발을 위한 상호협력을 위한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결하였습니다.

Korea Floating Wind together with the Ulsan city, wind power developers, local suppliers, and academic institutions signed MoU in June 2020, to commit mutual cooperation on floating offshore wind farms development in the Ulsan region through joint research and knowledge exchange.

한국부유식풍력은 2020년 5월 28일, 금양산업개발로부터 East Blue Power 사업 지분의 90%를 인수하였습니다.

May 2020 – Built Partnership with Kumyang Electrical Co.,ltd

Korea Floating Wind acquired 90% of EBP1 from Kumyang Electrical Co. on 28 May 2020.

Jan 2019 – A MoU Signed with Ulsan City

Korea Floating Wind and the city of Ulsan signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Jan 2019, to commit mutual cooperation and support in developing floating offshore wind farms in the Ulsan region.
