We need to listen to residents’ opinions pursuant to Article 8 of the Framework Act on Land Use Regulation and Article 6 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act in relation to the East Blue Power offshore wind power generation project in the public waters of the 87-90km exclusive economic zone east of Ulsan Metropolitan City and the Environmental Impact Assessment Act. We would like to hear residents’ opinions on the strategic environmental impact assessment (draft) under Article 12 in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the same Act. Therefore, we are issuing a public notice to residents as follows.

1.Project name : Ulsan Korean floating / East Blue Power offshore wind power generation project

2.Location : Approximately 87 to 90 km east of Ulsan Metropolitan City, exclusive economic zone and public
waters

3.Scale : 1,125MW (15MW/ unit × 75 units ), transmission lines ( onshore and offshore ) and substations

4.Project Operator : Korea Floating Wind Power Co., Ltd. , East Blue Power Co. , Ltd. Approval agency : Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy
