The Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is KFWind’s key governing document in compliance.

It addresses important principles and sets clear rules and expectations to our behaviour towards each other and towards our business partners.

At KFWind, each one of us is responsible for reading and familiarizing ourselves with the Code of Conduct.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

KFWind Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy aims to provide a framework for the prevention and detection of bribery and corruption in KFWind operations and to promote KFWind’s full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

KFWind opposes corruption in all forms following a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and it is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the high ethical standards wherever we operate and implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery and corruption.

Whistleblowing channel

This Whistleblowing Channel is a global channel, which welcomes the reporting of alleged violations, either to the Code of Ethics, or to all legal issues – among which those provided for in the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report violations of Union law, – as well as internal policies and regulations. This channel can be used by interested parties from any company.

It is an essential requirement of this process that reports be made in good faith. Accordingly, the reporting person must have reasonable grounds to believe the circumstances being reported are true at the time the report is made. Under the applicable legislation, use of whistleblowing channels in bad faith can constitute a disciplinary breach.
